The first mountain bike trip of the year almost killed me
Well it for sure almost killed my Cardio, well hard to do that if it does no really exist. Which todays trip proved for me, i was on the first ride of the year at my local mtb track in Hvorup in Nørresundby. Aka where i live in the northern part of Jutland Denmark. Its a trip we have ridden many times before. But the first ride of the year, and we were not in shape, but it was fun and get got the MTB Season started for the year, hopefully it will be a little better next time :)
